FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 15, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Rudy Gay (at LAC – $5,600): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. After resting on Wednesday, Gay should be back in the lineup on Thursday. He had 26.8 fantasy points against the Kings on Nov. 13 after missing nine days with a heel injury. After the way the Spurs played on Wednesday, Gay will hopefully provide an offensive boost to their lineup. He’s typically good for points and rebounds. Diagnosis: Solid option, but minutes might be a concern. I like him better off the bench.
Juancho Hernangomez (vs ATL – $4,100): Needs 16.7 fantasy points. Hernangomez starts and plays big minutes, but it hasn’t translated to much DFS success. Against the Hawks, he’ll have a big chance to boost his value. The good news is that the minutes are there for him. At this salary, that’s a big thing. The matchup is very good as well. Diagnosis: A nice low-cost option who sees big minutes.
James Ennis III (vs GS – $3,800): Needs 15.5 fantasy points. Ennis had 30.3 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Nov. 13. The injury to Gary Clark saw him get a minutes boost. If Clark is out once again, he should play big minutes as the Rockets rotation is very short right now. At this salary, he’s a good bet. Diagnosis: Minutes matter and Ennis gets them.
Quick Hits
Taurean Prince ($6,300): The most reliable player on the Hawks, but I don’t love the salary.
