Denver Broncos at Los Angeles Chargers (-7)

This is the last stand for the Broncos (3-6), but how much do they have to give? Denver is coming off the bye week, but the Chargers (7-2) are clearly the better team and at home. This one shouldn’t be a blowout, but Los Angeles has to win considering how tough it is to gain on the Chiefs in the AFC West.

Pick: Los Angeles 24, Denver 20

Oakland Raiders at Arizona Cardinals (-4.5)

The Cardinals (2-8) aren’t good, but they have some players. The Raiders (1-9) are the NFL’s version of the damn Hindenburg, with absolutely no talent to speak of. Seriously, who is Oakland’s most dangerous player not on the offensive line? Maurice Hurt? Derek Carr? The drunk guy in the upper deck screaming for God? Might be the latter.

Pick: Arizona 22, Oakland 19

Philadelphia Eagles at New Orleans Saints (-9)

The Saints (8-1) are one of the three best teams in football right now, alongside the Chiefs and Rams. Meanwhile, this is it for the Eagles (4-5) who either win in an upset or face the reality of missing the playoffs. Philadelphia will fight hard, but it isn’t going to be enough.

Pick: New Orleans 34, Philadelphia 28

Minnesota Vikings at Chicago Bears (-2.5)

This is a tough game to pick, but the Vikings (5-3-1) get the nod for two reasons. One, I trust Kirk Cousins more than Mitchell Trubisky, although I like where the kid is headed. Two, the Vikings have a track record with this roster of winning against good teams. The Bears (6-3) have only played one team with a winning record, and were handled easily.

Pick: Minnesota 21, Chicago 19

Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Rams (-3.5)

This is the best game of the year. The Chiefs (9-1) and Rams (9-1) are both spectacular with awesome offenses and middling defenses. Look for this game to come down to the final possession, and whether or not Kansas City can keep Todd Gurley under 200 total yards.

Pick: Los Angeles 41, Kansas City 38
