1. Dirk Koetter

Dirk Koetter is in his third season as head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He hasn’t accomplished a single thing this season to prove he should remain the guy in South Florida. Koetter has talent across the board on this team. There is no reason they should be 17-23. Koetter needs to beat the Giants in New York on Sunday to even think about keeping his job in this organization.

Serving as Tampa Bay’s offensive coordinator and head coach, one would think Koetter would have a better idea of what direction this team needs to go in to succeed. Looking ahead Koetter has a shot at beating the staggering 2-7 Giants.

All around this team doesn’t have any sense of direction. It’s safe to say they have run out of Fitzmagic. As talented as they are, Koetter should be able to corral this group of talented playmakers together and string together a few good wins starting in Week 11, or Koetter could find himself looking for a new job by season’s end.
