High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

Jrue Holiday (vs SA – $9,500): Needs 39.4 fantasy points. Holiday had 44.6 fantasy points against the Nuggets on Nov. 17. He’s been over 40 fantasy points in 10 of his last 11 games. He had 42.8 fantasy points against the Spurs on Nov. 3. The Spurs are on a back-to-back and their defense is still a bit rough. With the way Holiday has been playing, he’s a good bet on Monday. Diagnosis: Reliable, good matchup, high ceiling.

Jimmy Butler (vs PHO – $8,500): Needs 35.3 fantasy points. Butler’s scoring might be inconsistent over the next couple of weeks as the Sixers figure some things out. But he can do a bit of everything and it’s the Suns. If there’s a game where a team like Philly can just relax and have fun, it’s against Phoenix. Minutes might be an issue. Diagnosis: Only concern is a blowout. Should be a nice scoring game for him on Monday.

Lou Williams (at ATL – $6,800): Needs 28.2 fantasy points. Williams has tailed off in his recent games, which is slightly concerning. But I can’t help but look at the Hawks and not salivate. The scoring numbers are typically there for Williams, he just needs the assists to boost his value. The assists should be there because it’s the Hawks. Diagnosis: Should get the minutes as a bench player. And should dominate the Hawks.
