Players costing $6,667 or under

Buddy Hield (vs OKC – $6,600): Needs 27.4 fantasy points. Hield had 35.4 fantasy points against the Rockets on Nov. 17. He had 24 fantasy points in 23 minutes against the Thunder on Oct. 21. He’ll get more minutes on Monday and his production should follow suit. He always seems to play well against the Thunder (averages 1.09 FPPM in his last five against them) and even though the OKC defense is better, the road remains a concern. Diagnosis: I’ve liked Hield’s game this year and I trust them matchup.

JJ Redick (vs PHO – $5,600): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. It’s been a few games since I’ve listed Redick, but the matchup is once again too good to pass up. Redick will continue to get his shots and I trust him to hit those shots given the matchup. The Sixers need his shooting, and even though his assists will go down, the scoring will continue to be there. Diagnosis: It’s a high ceiling offense against the Suns. Pound the matchup.

Malcolm Brogdon (vs DEN – $5,400): Needs 22.4 fantasy points. Brogdon had 38.7 fantasy points when these two teams met on Nov. 11. He’s been down in his last two games, but he remains a strong option given the Bucks overall offense. Scoring is typically there and he boosts his value with solid rebounding numbers. It’s a good and proven matchup for him. Diagnosis: This should be an offensive affair. I trust Brogdon to contribute.
