High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jarrett Allen (at MIA – $6,600): Needs 29.1 fantasy points. Allen is coming off a 42.2 fantasy point performance against the Clippers on Nov. 17. He’s played fairly well this season and has shown a high ceiling. He missed the earlier season matchup against the Heat, but I would suspect that he’ll get big minutes matched up against Hassan Whiteside. Diagnosis: High ceiling and should get the minutes.

Enes Kanter (vs POR – $6,500): Needs 28.7 fantasy points. Kanter had 47.3 fantasy points against the Magic on Nov. 18. Prior to that, he was playing 15 minutes in a game. I don’t know where the Knicks rotation at center is at, but I do know that Kanter always puts up numbers when he gets minutes. He had 38.7 fantasy points in 27 minutes against the Blazers last season. Diagnosis: High ceiling and productive when he plays. But who knows how much he’ll play.

Boban Marjanovic (at WAS – $4,800): Needs 21.2 fantasy points. Boban had 16.2 fantasy points against the Hawks on Monday. You never know how many minutes Boban is going to play, but when he does get minutes, he puts up solid numbers. Against a smaller team like Washington, he could see some extra minutes. Diagnosis: Salary is probably a bit too high to give him a serious look. But I’m for anyone against the Wizards right now, especially an unfair player like Boban.
