High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Spencer Dinwiddie (at MIA – $6,300): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. Dinwiddie was down to 22.3 fantasy points against the Clippers on Nov. 17. He still gets plenty of minutes and chances, he’s just been inconsistent this season. He typically plays well against the Heat, averaging 29.9 fantasy points against them in his last five games. Diagnosis: Reliable given the matchup and gets plenty of minutes.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (at WAS – $5,800): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. SAG was back up to 22.9 fantasy points on Monday against the Hawks after a rough couple of outings. The salary is still a bit too high, but the minutes are there and the matchup is great. You’re going to read plenty about the Clippers in the upcoming slides. Diagnosis:

Tyler Johnson (vs BKN – $5,600): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. Johnson has been great in recent games and is thriving with Goran Dragic out of the lineup. He was at 29.7 fantasy points against the Lakers on Nov. 18. He’ll continue to get big minutes in Dragic’s absence and I trust him to fill the stat sheet. He’s at a good salary for his value. Diagnosis: High minutes and playing very well. Good bet given the salary.
