High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Jonathan Isaac (vs TOR – $5,100): Needs 20.9 fantasy points. Isaac has played well in his last two games, coming up with 34.3 fantasy points against the Knicks on Nov. 18. But that was the Knicks. And his other good game was against a Lakers team that is weak in the frontcourt. The Raptors are not the Knicks or the Lakers. This salary feels too high for Isaac given his overall play this season. Diagnosis: Shown a high ceiling, but also very inconsistent. And with this matchup and salary, it’s tough to trust.

Evan Turner (at NY – $4,800): Needs 23.6 fantasy points. Turner has been solid for the most part this season and he should have no problem getting his numbers against a weak Knicks squad. He does a bit of everything and he’s been to be trustworthy throughout this season. I still worry because it’s Evan Turner, but I’ll trust him. Diagnosis: Good matchup and a fairly reliable.

Joe Harris (at MIA – $4,700): Needs 19.2 fantasy points. Harris had 21.5 fantasy points against the Heat on Nov. 14. He’s a nice low-cost option because he’s going to get solid minutes and plenty of shots. He can be hit-and-miss due to his shooting, but if he’s hitting, he’s a big boost given his cost. If he chips in with rebounds or assists, that’s just a bonus. Diagnosis: I like the salary and trust him to at least hit value.
