Fantasy Football, Week 12: Best lineup with start/sit advice
By Dylan Broady
T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts
Stats: 585 receiving yards, 6 touchdowns (8 games played)
T.Y. Hilton benefits the most from a healthy Andrew Luck. Hilton has posted six touchdowns in only eight games played. His 73 receiving yards per game is encouraging to owners who have been patient with him this season. Hilton was injured for a couple of games. It seems that he is fully healthy, especially after his Week 11 performance in which he scorched Tennessee for 155 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Hilton is an absolute fantasy stud when he has Luck throwing him the rock. He has caught big-time passes in critical situations all season long. In an offense riddled with talent, Hilton is second in touchdowns to only tight end Eric Ebron, who has nine in 10 games this season. Luck has proven he doesn’t mind spreading the ball around to the hot hand. Hilton was the hot hand in Week 11 and it paid off for his fantasy owners with 27.5 standard fantasy points.
Hilton draws a very favorable and pass-friendly defense in Week 11. The Miami Dolphins as stated earlier allow 250 passing yards per game. Hilton shouldn’t have any trouble at all getting open early and often in front of his home crowd. Hilton’s targets are going up each week as this offense gets more and more in tune. His nine targets in Week 11 proved to be fruitful for this electric offense. His high floor and usage should be closely monitored going forward.
Prediction: 100 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns
