Los Angeles Rams WR Josh Reynolds

As expected, Josh Reynolds has played a pivotal role in the Los Angeles Rams elite offense in Cooper Kupp’s absence, and while he isn’t as dynamic as Kupp, he’s more than capable of putting up points in fantasy football, as evidenced by his strong Week 11 performance on Monday Night Football against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Taking full advantage of the shootout and soft matchup against the Chiefs cornerbacks, Reynolds caught six passes on his eight targets from Jared Goff, converting the opportunities into a solid 80 yards and a touchdown. Reynolds almost had an even bigger day with a second touchdown catch, but the performance was encouraging.

Going forward, Reynolds will be Goff’s No. 3 option behind stars Brandin Cooks and Robert Woods, who have been two of the NFL’s best receivers this season. That said, Woods has shown that the Rams offense is fully capable of supporting three talented pass-catchers, and Reynolds appears to be legit as the Rams No. 3 guy.

This season, Reynolds has scored three touchdowns with an average of 13.7 yards per reception, and the second-year pro out of Texas A&M is just the latest example of Rams head coach Sean McVay knowing how to get the most out of his personnel. Reynolds gets the Detroit Lions defense in Week 13 after the bye, and that should be another soft matchup for him.
