FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 21, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Robert Covington (vs DEN – $6,600): Needs 27.1 fantasy points. Covington continues to play big minutes in the Minnesota system and that shouldn’t change on Wednesday. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in two of his three games with Minnesota. As long as he continues to play nearly 40 minutes, he’ll keep going nicely over value. Diagnosis: Gets the minutes and opportunities. Good matchup.
E’Twaun Moore (at PHI – $5,500): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. Moore had 35.6 fantasy points against the Spurs on Nov. 19. Prior to that, he had been held under 20 fantasy points. He can be very hit-or-miss, but when he’s hot, he usually stays hot for a couple of games. And he’s hot coming out of the Spurs game. The Sixers and their inconsistent defense present him with a great matchup. Diagnosis: I trust him to score since he’s riding high right now.
Bojan Bogdanovic (at CHA – $4,900): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. Bogdanovic had 30.9 fantasy points against the Jazz on Nov. 19. With Oladipo out of the lineup, he’s asked to do a bit more and typically steps up in the role. And at this salary, with his talent and role, it’s hard for him to be a big miss. Unless he’s just missing shots. But he shouldn’t miss too many shots against the Hornets defense. Diagnosis: Good salary and a high ceiling.
