High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Anthony Davis (at PHI – $12,200): Needs 49.5 fantasy points. Davis had 55.8 fantasy points against the Spurs on Nov. 19. And he did it in just 32 minutes. He’s playing great right now and even though Joel Embiid will make life tough on him, I’m going to trust Davis to get his. You can rarely go wrong with Davis, especially when he’s playing as well as he has been. Diagnosis: He’ll deliver. And there’s always the potential that he over-delivers.

Blake Griffin (at HOU – $9,200): Needs 37.3 fantasy points. Griffin had 43.9 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Nov. 19. He’s been good more often than not this season and has shown a high ceiling. He averaged 49 fantasy points in two games against the Rockets last season. Something about playing against Chris Paul brings out the best in him. Diagnosis: He’s been great this year and I love the matchup.

Serge Ibaka (at ATL – $7,100): Needs 28.8 fantasy points. Ibaka did his thing once again on Tuesday, finishing with 31.8 fantasy points against the Magic. At worst, Ibaka is going to get you value. But the potential for a bigger game has been there all season. And he’ll have a great chance against the Hawks on Wednesday. I continue to love pairing him with Siakam, so you can go that route as well. Diagnosis: Great matchup and reliable at worst.
