FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 21, 2018
High Value PF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Brandon Ingram (at CLE – $6,300): Needs 25.6 fantasy points. Ingram continues to struggle with consistency, but I still like his fit next to LeBron and hey, at least he’s not Lonzo Ball bad right now. The Cavaliers are a great matchup and if LeBron decides to showcase his new friends in front of his old friends, Ingram is going to shine. Diagnosis: Great matchup and possibly great circumstances depending on LeBron’s mood.
Marvin Bagley III (at UTA – $5,700): Needs 23.1 fantasy points. Bagley has been a huge spark off the bench in the last two games and is coming off a 40.6 fantasy point performance against the Thunder on Nov. 19. He had just 12 fantasy points in 12 minutes against the Jazz on Oct. 17, but he’s earned more minutes since then and the Jazz are kind of all over the place. He’s a rookie, which is worrisome, but I like where he’s at right now. Diagnosis: Shown a high ceiling, the matchup isn’t bad, but rookie worries are there.
John Collins (vs TOR – $5,100): Needs 20.7 fantasy points. Collins is back in the lineup and had 30.6 fantasy points in 21 minutes against the Clippers on Nov. 19. The Hawks need his size in the frontcourt and even in limited minutes, he’s shown to provide plenty of value. The hope is that he sees more minutes as he gets healthier. Diagnosis: Salary is very good if his minutes do end up increasing.
