High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

James Harden (at CLE – $11,700): Needs 47.8 fantasy points. Harden was at just 43.4 fantasy points against the Pistons on Friday. His rebounding was down, but the assists and scoring are typically going to be there every night given the Houston system. The Cavaliers have looked better recently, but they are still the Cavaliers and lack in talent. The Rockets won’t be happy after losing in OT to the Pistons. Diagnosis: He’ll bounce back and carve up the Cavaliers.

Jrue Holiday (at WAS – $8,700): Needs 35.6 fantasy points. The Wizards are who we thought they are. The Pelicans are … I have no idea. The offense is great, but the defense is downright abysmal. This should be a big offensive game, and while I don’t have any Wizards listed, you can comfortably take someone like Bradley Beal, who typically gets his points. As for Holiday, he’ll do a bit of everything and be great. Diagnosis: Holiday is typically reliable and entering a great matchup.

Luka Doncic (vs BOS – $7,900): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. The Boston defense looked better against the Hawks, but that was against the Hawks. They’ve still had trouble stopping scoring guards and Doncic certainly fits that bill. The Celtics are also on a back-to-back while the Mavericks are a bit more rest. Doncic has shown a high ceiling and I’m not totally sold on Boston’s ability to stop a player of his caliber. Diagnosis: A rookie, so that’s always a bit of a worry, but the matchup is good given his talent.
