FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 27, 2018
High Value SG
Players costing $6,667 or under
Dwyane Wade (vs ATL – $5,500): Needs 22.6 fantasy points. Wade had 50 fantasy points against the Raptors on Nov. 25. He’s been inconsistent this season, but the Heat need wing help with all their injuries and Wade has stepped up more than once throughout his career. The Hawks are a great matchup and Wade should do enough in the scoring and assist department to be a worthwhile addition. Diagnosis: It’s rough at SG. But Wade is reliable with a high ceiling and great matchup.
Monte Morris (vs LAL – $4,500): Needs 18.5 fantasy points. Morris continues to be a reliable addition at a low-cost. He’s been over 20 fantasy points in his last two games. It’s been a while since he flashed a higher ceiling, but on a night where SG isn’t happening, grabbing a low-cost guy who is reliable and allows you to spend on better positions isn’t the worst idea. Diagnosis: Low-cost and reliable. The ceiling is good against this matchup. He had 43.1 fantasy points against them on Oct. 25.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (at DEN – $4,200): Needs 17.3 fantasy points. Caldwell-Pope is getting minutes, which is a start. He was up to 25.9 fantasy points against the Magic on Nov. 25. His minutes could fall off at a moments notice, which is a concern, but for now, he’s getting them. His defense is there, but he needs to shoot better to boost his value. The shots will be there, which is nice. Diagnosis: Low-cost and gets minutes/shots. You could do worse.
