29. Nick Mullens (LW: 27)

Mullens played really well in his debut for the 49ers, trouncing the Raiders. Since then, Mullens hasn’t been able to replicate that success, only mustering nine points against the woeful Buccaneers.

28. Josh Allen (LW: 32)

Allen wasn’t great on Sunday. He didn’t complete 50 percent of his throws and Buffalo relied heavily on its defense to beat Jacksonville. Still, Allen ran for 99 yards and made some beautiful throws down the field. It’s not greatness, but it’s progress.

27. Lamar Jackson (LW: 26)

Jackson has been very limited by Baltimore to this point. The Ravens aren’t asking him to throw the ball more than 10 yards on most dropbacks, while giving him the ability to run and create with his legs. It’s been a solid start for the youngster, who remains quite raw.

26. Josh Rosen (LW: 25)

Rosen has almost no chance on this team. The Cardinals can’t block anybody, something that was showcased on Monday when they released starting tackle Andre Smith. Rosen’s numbers are poor, but he’s been put in an impossible spot.
