Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings, $7,600

Stats: 3,289 passing yards, 22 touchdowns, 103 rushing yards and 1 touchdown

Kirk Cousins against popular belief has been everything that the Minnesota Vikings needed to take that next step towards the Super Bowl. After their big win against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football  you have to wonder if this team is the one to beat going forward.

Cousins had a big night on primetime throwing for 342 yards and threw touchdowns. Cousins in Week 13 will face a New England Patriots defense that is 25th-ranked against the pass. Cousins and the Vikings will face a tough task going to New England for this game but something tells us Captain Kirk has another big performance left.

You like that? We sure do for this Week 13 showdown. In what should be one of the best matchups for this weekend, Cousins and Co. should continue their hot streak. Through 11 games, Cousins has averaged 300 passing yards and two touchdowns per game this season.

The defense he will be facing hasn’t helped their offense this season as they allow 377 total yards, 270 passing yards, 107 rushing yards and 22 points per game to opposing offenses this season. Cousins should have no trouble finding plenty of space through the air and on the ground against this porous defense Sunday afternoon.

Expect big things from Cousins and his offense in this matchup. They know they need to keep the pedal down in these all important December games. This matchup doesn’t have any playoff implications as both teams are from different conferences but this would be a huge win to put on Captain Kirk’s resume heading into the last couple months of the 2018 season.

Prediction: 350 passing yards, 3 touchdowns
