FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – November 30, 2018
High Salary PG
Players costing over $6,667
Russell Westbrook (vs ATL – $11,400): Needs 47.7 fantasy points. Westbrook had 71.3 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Nov. 28. Against these bad teams, Westbrook can always feast. And the Hawks are a bad team. The only concern is a blowout, but OKC does have a habit of letting teams hang around. Numbers are never an issue for Westbrook and he can carve teams up in multiple ways. Diagnosis: Even at the high salary, he’s reliable with one of the highest ceilings out there.
Ben Simmons (vs WAS – $9,300): Needs 38.9 fantasy points. Simmons had 35.1 fantasy points in 24 minutes against the Knicks on Nov. 28. Hopefully, his minutes will be up in this game, but that’s not guaranteed given the state of the Wizards and their defense. The Sixers defense is going through some growing pains so the Wizards offense should do enough to keep it close. Simmons is as a very good salary. Diagnosis: Love him at this salary and against this matchup.
Mike Conley (at BKN – $8,900): Needs 37.2 fantasy points. Conley has been at 47 fantasy points in his last two games and he’s been over that number in four out of his last five. The Nets are a good matchup for him and he does a bit of everything. Someone has to score and run the offense for the Grizzlies and Conley is obviously the best option. Diagnosis: Good matchup and salary for a guy who is hot.
