Players costing $6,250 or under

Marcus Morris (at MIN – $5,500): Needs 24.6 fantasy points. Morris was down to 22 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Friday, but played just 26 minutes in the blowout. A blowout is less likely on Saturday as the Timberwolves are a much better team and they are rested. He had been playing well prior to Friday and is typically reliable if nothing else. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Bojan Bogdanovic (at SAC – $5,200): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. Bogdanovic was down to 20.75 fantasy points against the Lakers on Nov. 29 and hasn’t been great in his last two games. But the Kings are struggling right now and don’t perform well against this position. Bogdanovic still plays big minutes and gets plenty of shots. Trust him to bounce back. Diagnosis: Call him reliable with a good ceiling. Salary is good and minutes will be there.

Kelly Oubre Jr (vs BKN – $4,500): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. Oubre had just 14 fantasy points against the Sixers on Friday. With Porter Jr out, I still like him because he should get extra minutes and he does have a relatively high ceiling. The Nets are a great matchup as they struggle against forwards and are coming off the double OT game. The salary is good given the minutes he should get. Diagnosis: Good salary and great matchup. Gut feeling pick here.
