DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – Dec. 1, 2018
High Value PF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Pascal Siakam (at CLE – $6,200): Needs 27.8 fantasy points. Siakam had 33 fantasy points against the Warriors on Nov. 29. He’s been great for the majority of the season and has turned into a very reliable scorer. His rebounds were down against the Warriors, but there’s plenty of reason to think those will be back up against the Cavaliers. Mainly: The Cavaliers don’t score much. Siakam will deliver even in limited minutes. Diagnosis: Blowout potential, but he’ll produce even in limited minutes. Salary is good.
Thaddeus Young (at SAC – $4,700): Needs 21.1 fantasy points. With Sabonis is out of the lineup, Young is going to pick up the majority of those minutes. He already plays solid minutes as it is, so more minutes should lead to more production. The matchup is good and he’s at a good salary. If nothing else, he’s a reliable player with a big opportunity to produce. Diagnosis: Reliable at this salary and will get plenty of minutes to produce if Sabonis is out with injury.
Jonas Jerebko (at DET – $4,100): Needs 18.4 fantasy points. Jerebko was at 39.75 fantasy points against the Raptors on Nov. 29. The Warriors frontcourt rotation is still a bit all over the place, but Jerebko has been the most reliable guy and has flashed the highest ceiling. He had 30.5 fantasy points against the Pistons last season, if you’re looking for some confidence in him. Diagnosis: As long as Draymond is still out, he’s a good option.
