FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 3, 2018
High Salary SF
Players costing over $6,667
Kawhi Leonard (vs DEN – $10,400): Needs 42.3 fantasy points. Leonard has been over 55 fantasy points in his last two games. If Kyle Lowry is out once again, Leonard will be tasked with doing more. Even if Lowry plays, there’s a reason to trust Leonard because he’s been reliable for most of the season. And against a good team like the Nuggets, I trust him to raise his game. Diagnosis: Durant might not get enough minutes due to a blowout. George has a tough matchup. Leonard is who I’m rolling with of the three.
Danilo Gallinari (at NO – $7,300): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. Gallinari continues to be a strong option and was at 34.7 fantasy points against the Mavericks on Sunday. He’s as reliable as they come and he has a high ceiling. The matchup is good on Monday as the Pelicans offer very little when it comes to defense. You can count on Gallinari to deliver. Diagnosis: Reliable, good ceiling, very good matchup.
Robert Covington (vs HOU – $7,300): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. I’ve loved Covington ever since the trade because of his versatility and how much This is going to play him. He continues to play big minutes and we all know that he can do a bit of everything, even when his shot isn’t falling. This is a game where he’s going to step up because of Houston’s versatility on both ends and the minutes he’ll end up playing. Diagnosis: Good salary, reliable, high ceiling.
