High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

DeMar DeRozan (at UTA – $8,300): Needs 37.1 fantasy points. DeRozan was up to 57 fantasy points against the Blazers on Dec. 2. It’s been an up-and-down season for DeRozan and the Spurs. When he’s one his game, he’s an unbelievable DFS player. But he’s also shown the ability to bottom out. The Jazz are a tough matchup as well. Diagnosis: Tough matchup, but a very high ceiling. I’ll call him reliable on Tuesday.

Jabari Parker (at IND – $6,700): Needs 30.1 fantasy points. Parker has been playing well as of late and the Bulls get the fired coach boost. I’m not sold on Parker being all that good, but I am sold on his ability to put up big numbers on a bad team. That said, the Pacers are a tough matchup with their defense. Diagnosis: High ceiling and I’m big on the Bulls, despite the matchup, due to the circumstances.

Harrison Barnes (vs POR – $6,600): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. Barnes has been over 43 fantasy points in his last two games. No Doncic helped his value against the Clippers, but he’s always been a reliable scorer. And with Doncic maybe hitting a rookie wall, Barnes is going to have to step up even more. You can’t count on the rebounds to be there, but the scoring should continue to be there for him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling. Doncic should be back, but Barnes will get buckets.
