DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 4, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,250 or under
Justin Holiday (at IND – $5,400): Needs 24.1 fantasy points. Holiday was down to 24.75 fantasy points against the Rockets and has been trending down over his last few games. His minutes have been down, which is the more concerning trend. I’m banking on the fired coaching boost and the fact that his salary is a bit lower. I still like his skills and he can do a bit of everything when he’s on his game. Diagnosis: Good salary and a high ceiling. Trending down, but trust the circumstances.
Josh Jackson (vs SAC – $5,300): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. With Devin Booker out, it’ll be Jackson’s time to shine. He was at 29.5 fantasy points against the Lakers on Dec. 2. He has a high ceiling and with the extra opportunities, a big chance to step up. He did well at the end of last season when Booker was injured. The Kings remain a good matchup. Diagnosis: Love everything about Jackson on Tuesday, From the salary to the matchup to his talent.
Jae Crowder (vs SA – $5,000): Needs 22.5 fantasy points. Crowder has been over 30 fantasy points in his last two games. The addition of Kyle Korver has opened things up a bit more for him and Utah is realizing that Crowder is just a better fit than Favors at this point. The Spurs are a great matchup given the state of their defense right now. Crowder will get his points. Diagnosis: Another strong option with a good ceiling, salary, and matchup.
