Philip Rivers, Los Angeles Chargers

Stats: 3,418 passing yards, 28 touchdowns

What a season Philip Rivers has had in 2018. He came away with a huge win in Pittsburgh on Sunday Night Football. The Chargers are now 9-3 heading into Week 14. Even without Melvin Gordon, Rivers and his offense put up over 30 points against the Steelers’ seventh-ranked defense.

You know the drill by now. Through 12 games played Rivers has averaged 285 passing yards a game with two touchdowns. He has only six interceptions on the season, which is amazing for Rivers. He is one of the notorious gunslingers. This season, he has taken very good care of the ball.

Rivers has a very good matchup in Week 14. He will face the Bengals’ horrid defense, ranked dead last in the NFL. Rivers will exploit every weakness they have and we think Rivers will have a monster game. Rivers has proven he can carry this team when needed. He is absolutely the most underrated quarterback of his generation.

Prediction: 350 passing yards, 3 touchdowns
