Kemba Walker’s shooting percentages have cooled a little bit and it might be time for the Hornets to start thinking about a trade — not for Kemba, but to get him some more help. Frank Kaminsky was a useful piece in the past and likely still holds some value with his passing and shooting. However, he’s fallen almost completely out of the rotation behind Cody Zeller, Willy Hernangomez and Marvin Williams and isn’t doing much for Charlotte right now.

Barring the arrival of another piece, it seems like the Hornets path to solidifying a playoff spot is going to rely heavily on the continued development of Miles Bridges and Malik Monk. Bridges has been solid all season long and while Monk has improved in some areas from last season, his shooting still hasn’t been reliable enough to hold his place in the rotation.
