High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Kyle Anderson (vs LAC – $5,800): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. Anderson was down to 18.1 fantasy points against the Sixers on Dec. 2. As always, he does a little bit of everything in all categories but doesn’t put up overwhelming numbers in any one category. He did have 28 fantasy points against the Clippers on Nov. 23. He figures to get plenty of playing time due to the matchup and the Clippers versatility. Diagnosis: Reliable if nothing else. Minutes will be there.

Miles Bridges (at MIN – $5,300): Needs 21.7 fantasy points. Bridges has been earning extra playing time in Charlotte and it’s paid off. He had 33.1 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Dec. 2. His salary has jumped in a big way, but as long as the minutes are there, the production should continue to be there. Of course, his minutes could disappear quickly, which is always the concern. Trust that the coaches stick with him. Diagnosis: Salary might scare you off, but if he gets the minutes, he can produce.

Juancho Hernangomez (at ORL – $5,000): Needs 20.4 fantasy points. Hernangomez continues his solid play in the Denver starting lineup. He continues to get good minutes and produces with points and rebounds. The Magic are on a back-to-back, which helps Denver’s cause on Wednesday. The points and rebounds should be there for him in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable, relatively low-cost, good ceiling and matchup.
