Tight End: Vance McDonald, Pittsburgh

Vance McDonald’s numbers on a week-to-week basis are not eye popping. However, he has come a long way since the injury prone start to his Pittsburgh Steelers career. McDonald has become a factor in the offense and that should continue this week.

The Oakland Raiders defense ranks in the middle of the back allowing nearly 250 passing yards per game. This week we could see that number jump up significantly.

Pittsburgh will be without their starting running back James Connor. This puts the ball into the hands of backup running backs like Jaylen Samuels and Stevan Ridley. It’s likely that the Steelers will look to lean on Ben Roethlisberger and the passing attack even more.

Backup Option: Jimmy Graham, Green Bay

vs. Atlanta Falcons, Sunday 1:00pm

FanDuel Price: $5,600

Jimmy Graham is coming off an 11-target game against the Arizona Cardinals. This was a season high for the talented tight end. It’s possible that Graham sees a similar workload against one of the worst passing defenses in the NFL.

The Atlanta Falcons defense has been hampered by injury and are allowing over 260 passing yards per game.
