FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 6, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Jae Crowder (vs HOU – $5,500): Needs 22.5 fantasy points. Don’t be concerned about Crowder producing just 13.6 fantasy points against the Spurs on Dec. 4. His minutes were down in the blowout, but they’ll be back up against the Rockets. This is his matchup. Favors can’t stay on the floor and Crowder can. He’ll get plenty of minutes and opportunities in this one. And he’ll deliver because he can chip in, in all categories. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling. I always love Crowder against Houston due to the minutes.
Mikal Bridges (at POR – $4,900): Needs 20.1 fantasy points. Bridges will get plenty of playing time with Booker and Warren out. He was up to 29 fantasy points against the Kings on Dec. 4. The matchup is tough on Thursday and Bridges really needs to contribute on defense to make him worth your while. Diagnosis: A risk because he hasn’t proven enough yet. And a tough matchup.
Evan Turner (vs PHO – $4,600): Needs 18.8 fantasy points. Turner has not only been fairly reliable this season, but he also remains at a reasonable salary and does a bit of everything. He should see extra run on Thursday as the Blazers will be able to put the Suns away without an issue. Even in limited minutes, his salary is so low that he’ll at least his value. Diagnosis: Love Turner on Thursday. Feels like a steal.
