Patriots RB Sony Michel

Sony Michel, New England Patriots, $5,900

Stats: 649 rushing yards, 5 touchdowns, 50 receiving yards (9 games played)

Sony Michel when healthy is a huge addition to this New England offense. Michel who has played only nine games this season comes into Week 14 averaging 72 rushing yards per game. He has a juicy matchup against a Dolphins defense that is 30th-ranked against the rush. Needless to say if you don’t play Michel in some capacity this weekend you will highly regret it.

Michel played Miami back in Week 3. He rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown. We don’t see why that would change for this week. The game is in Miami, not snowy New England. This gives Michel a better chance at making some noise against the Dolphins once again. We love him in this matchup. Michel at the beginning of the season put together a string of games where he scored four touchdowns in three games.

Look for him to come out and play the same way for the rest of the season. He should score early and often in this contest. We all know the Patriots like to get creative on offense, but they really like Michel and what he brings to the table. When he takes his talents to south beach, the NFL will be put on notice. Sony has come to play and Miami won’t be the ones to stop him.

Prediction: 150 rushing yards, 2 touchdowns
