Rob Gronkowski, New England Patriots, $4,800

Stats: 530 receiving yards, 2 touchdowns

(9 games played)

Rob Gronkowski hasn’t had the best year. Let’s face it, he’s older and he’s injury prone. He hasn’t been that productive in quite a long time. The good news? He faces the Miami Dolphins down in Florida Week 14. This matchup could pay off if Gronk has one of his smashing affairs. His price tag this week is too good to pass up on. So here we are crossing our fingers that this pays off.

We don’t need to sit here and discuss how Gronk could dictate this game. We already know exactly how Gronk will dictate it. He will come out smashing and spiking footballs. This is his breakout game and we will capitalize on it. Did you like all that optimism? Good, because this selection is just right for you on DraftKings. Gronk won’t disappoint us this time. The matchup is too good.

The Dolphins have found themselves at 6-6 coming into this game. The Patriots are averaging nearly 400 yards of offense per game. You read that right no need to get your eyes checked. Better yet the Dolphins surrender 399 yards per game. See where we are getting at here? If Gronk doesn’t have at least one touchdown then the football gods hate us and we just have to accept that. Fortunately for us we know they are in our favor for Week 14.

Prediction: 85 receiving yards, 2 touchdown
