1. Burnley lose fourth home match in a row

Burnley and Brighton are two sides that have surprised us all this season. Sean Dyche’s men have looked a shadow of the defensive-minded team that finished seventh last year while Brighton are only two points behind sixth place.

Normally a visit to Turf Moor is incredibly difficult, but Burnley have lost their last three matches there and in doing so have conceded nine goals. At the beginning of the season Brighton struggled away from home but they’ve managed a couple of wins in their past five games on the road.

Brighton’s impressive form has unsurprisingly coincided with Glenn Murray’s fantastic season. The 35-year-old has managed eight Premier league goals this season which puts him on par with the likes of Raheem Sterling, Sergio Aguero and Callum Wilson.

Normally a player of his age is in a Premier League squad to lead the younger players and help them develop. However, right now Murray is keeping his striking colleagues out of the side with his consistently solid performances.

Everything points to a draw in this match as the past five times these sides have met it’s ended up honors even. Last season neither side managed a goal against the other as both of these fixtures finished 0-0.

It’s unlikely that it will finish that way this weekend with Burnley shipping goals and Brighton looking good going forward. That doesn’t mean we’ll see a high scoring match but this weekend the Seagulls will continue their good run of form and leave Turf Moor with all three points.
