High Value PG

Players costing $6,667 or under

Spencer Dinwiddie (at NY – $6,100): Needs 25.5 fantasy points. Dinwiddie had 31.4 fantasy points against the Raptors on Friday. The Nets are on a back-to-back and went to OT on Friday, which is a concern. But the Knicks are a solid matchup and the Nets have been better as they’ve gotten healthier, even with all their losses. He’s a bit of a risk due to the back-to-back, but it’s still the Knicks. Diagnosis: Risky due to circumstances. But matchup is good and minutes/opportunities are there.

Emmanuel Mudiay (vs BKN – $5,800): Needs 24.3 fantasy points. Mudiay had 28.4 fantasy points against the Celtics on Dec. 6. Trey Burke is likely going to miss this game and Frankie Smokes is out of the rotation, which means the bulk of the point guard duties falls on Mudiay. Offense is rarely a problem for him and the matchup is good with the Nets on a back-to-back and having gone to OT. Diagnosis: Love him on Saturday due to circumstances. Expect a big game.

Collin Sexton (vs WAS – $4,900): Needs 20.5 fantasy points. Sexton had 22.2 fantasy points against the Kings on Friday. With George Hill now gone, though he was injured, it means even more run for Sexton. This is his team now and he’s shown a relatively high ceiling. Plus, he’s at a great salary given how many minutes he gets. And it’s the Wizards defense. Diagnosis: Low-cost, minutes and chances are there, great matchup.
