Players costing $6,667 or under

Bam Adebayo (at LAC – $5,500): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. Adebayo was at 43 fantasy points against the Suns on Friday. It was the Suns, but with Whiteside out of the lineup, Adebayo is picking up more minutes and opportunities. He’s proven that he can deliver with the extra minutes. The Clippers are a tougher matchup than the Suns, but they are weak against the position and I like Adebayo’s game overall. Diagnosis: Call him reliable with a high ceiling. Minutes should be there as long as Whiteside is out.

JaMychal Green (vs LAL – $5,500): Needs 22.8 fantasy points. Green continues to deliver coming off the bench. He had 37.6 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Friday. Triple J will get the attention, but Green is the more reliable option due to his salary and consistency. The Lakers are a good matchup as they are weak against the position. Diagnosis: Reliable, gets the minutes, and has a good ceiling.

Noah Vonleh (vs BKN – $5,100): Needs 21.2 fantasy points. Vonleh, who always plays well against the Celtics, played well against the Celtics on Dec, 6, coming up with 33.5 fantasy points. The Nets are a good matchup as they are weak against frontcourt players. And they are on a back-to-back that went to OT. Vonleh is one of the more consistent rotation options, which certainly helps his value. Diagnosis: Gets the minutes, is reliable, and has a good ceiling.
