High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,667

Giannis Antetokounmpo (at TOR – $12,400): Needs 51.4 fantasy points. Giannis didn’t play in the early season meeting against the Raptors. But you know what you’re getting out of Giannis. He’s going to put up big numbers in at least one category and has the ability to break the system. If nothing else, he’s going to get you value. I fully expect him and Kawhi to be big time players on Sunday. Diagnosis: You can always count on Giannis to produce.

Kawhi Leonard (vs MIL – $10,400): Needs 43.1 fantasy points. Like Giannis, Kawhi did not play in the early season meeting between the two teams. And much like Giannis, he has turned into a reliable player. His ceiling isn’t as high, but he could get you similar value at a much lower cost. I’d still bank on Giannis more than Kawhi, but Kawhi is a nice fallback if you want to save money. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling. He’ll deliver on Sunday.

Joe Ingles (at SA – $6,400): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. Ingles had 34.1 fantasy points against the Spurs on Dec. 4. As mentioned previously, I expect the Spurs to be more competitive in this meeting, but Ingles has found his shot in recent contests and he continues to do a bit of everything when he’s on the floor. Plus, while the Spurs will be more competitive, their defense is still an eyesore. Diagnosis: Reliable, great matchup, good ceiling.
