High Salary SG

Players costing over $6,667

Bradley Beal (at IND – $8,700): Needs 35.9 fantasy points. Beal had 38.3 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Dec. 8. He’s been strong during this stretch and his minutes will be up against the Pacers because this game should be a competitive one. The points will be there for him and he does enough in other categories to boost his value. Diagnosis: Reliable, good ceiling.

Donovan Mitchell (at OKC – $7,900): Needs 32.6 fantasy points. After some rough outings, Mitchell bounced back with a strong performance against the Spurs. It didn’t matter as the Jazz got thumped, but it was nice to see Mitchell return to form. And now he gets the team who helped him get into form during last year’s playoffs. The Thunder defense has slipped as of late and they don’t have an answer for Mitchell. He’ll get plenty of points in this one. Diagnosis: Love the matchup. Points should not be an issue. He’ll do enough in other categories as well.

Luka Doncic (vs ORL – $6,900): Needs 28.5 fantasy points. Doncic has been over 34 fantasy points in two of his last three games. He’s been inconsistent this season, which is to be expected with a rookie. But there’s no denying his talent and his ceiling. The Magic are a good matchup for him and he can do a bit of everything in all categories. And he’s shown that even when he struggles with his shot, he can get hot late. Diagnosis: Reliable, good ceiling and matchup.
