FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – December 10, 2018
High Value SF
Players costing $6,667 or under
Joe Ingles (at OKC – $6,300): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. Ingles struggled against the Spurs on Sunday, but don’t be too alarmed. The Thunder defense has taken a step back and Ingles lit them up during the playoffs. He’ll continue to get his shots and I trust them to make them because he too will take this matchup with Paul George personal. Look for him to bounce back with his scoring while continuing to chip in elsewhere. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling and a personal matchup.
Juancho Hernangomez (vs MEM – $5,700): Needs 23.7 fantasy points. Hernangomez’ salary climbs, but he’s still at a reasonable number given his ability and the minutes he plays. With Millsap out, Hernangomez will continue to get plenty of minutes and opportunities from the small forward position. The matchup is tough, but he’s been a reliable option throughout the season and the circumstances are good for him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
Justise Winslow (at LAL – $5,400): Needs 22.4 fantasy points. Winslow has really stepped his game up, going over 40 fantasy points in the last two games. At some point, his shooting may cool down because he’s never been a great shooter, but maybe he’s taken the leap and this is who he is now? The matchup is good as the Lakers struggle against the position. Expect Winslow to keep is rolling on Monday. Diagnosis: Red hot and a good matchup. I do worry that he finally crashes after being on such a high.
