Clelin Ferrell. 3. player. 28. . Edge. Clemson

The Oakland Raiders picked up a rare win on Sunday, as they beat the Pittsburgh Steelers inside the Oakland Coliseum. The Steelers came into that game as double-digit road favorites, but for the second straight week, this Raiders team played inspired football, winning on a late Derek Carr touchdown pass.

Carr has been playing at an elite level as of late, and has not thrown an interception in over 260 straight passes. Incredibly, he is doing it without many weapons to speak of at the wide receiver position, but we can get into that a little later in this mock draft.

Prior to the 2018 NFL season, the Raiders traded away a generational talent in Khalil Mack, who is one of the best edge rushers we have seen in years. While 2018 third round pick Arden Key has played well in spurts, the Raiders have a terrible pass rush, and they must address that with the first of three first round picks next April.

One player they should target at No. 3 overall is Clelin Ferrell, who is the second-best edge rusher this draft class has to offer. Ferrell is a guy who can step right in and start as a rookie, and teaming him with Key would give the Raiders two, young and explosive pass rushers. They need help here, and Ferrell is a guy who will be an impact player at the NFL level.
