High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Nikola Jokic (vs TOR – $10,200): Needs 45.9 fantasy points. Jokic had 58.5 fantasy points against the the Thunder on Dec. 14 and this is his matchup. He had 62.7 fantasy points against the Raptors on Dec. 3 and is averaging 60 fantasy points in his last three games against Toronto. With Millsap out of the lineup, everything revolves around him. Diagnosis: Love this matchup and he should be in for another big game.

Julius Randle (vs MIA – $8,900): Needs 40 fantasy points. Randle continues to play well as the starter and I see no reason to doubt him right now. The matchup is tough, but Randle and Davis have terrorized opposing frontcourts during this recent stretch. As long as he’s starting, keep taking him. The minutes should be there as this game projects to be fairly competitive. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Myles Turner (vs NY – $7,500): Needs 33.7 fantasy points. Turner had just 17 fantasy points in 17 minutes against the Sixers. It’s a little concerning that he played limited minutes, but he’s built up enough goodwill over the last month where he’s earned this game to bounce back. And…it’s the Knicks. If Turner doesn’t get the playing time or doesn’t make an impact in this game, then I’ll be worried. Diagnosis: Trust him to bounce back against this matchup.
