  • High School: Amite
  • Composite Ranking: No. 130, No. 6 ATH
  • Interested Programs: LSU, Alabama, Kentucky, Arizona State, Arkansas

Devonta Lee is a 6’2″ and 212-pound athlete with great size from Louisiana. He showed off his ability playing the wide receiver spot in high school for Amite and has the opportunity to be a big play-maker at the college level due to his size and athletic ability.

As expected, the Louisiana native is being sought after by Ed Orgeron and LSU.  He’s also received offers from Alabama, Kentucky, Arizona State and Arkansas. In the SEC, having as many skill players as possible is a must.

The experts at 247Sports see Lee staying in Louisiana to play with LSU next season. That would be a huge a get for an LSU program that currently has the fourth-ranked class in college football at the moment.

Prediction: LSU

  • High School: Fort Bend Travis
  • Composite Ranking: No. 128, No. 22 WR
  • Interested Programs: Oklahoma, Florida State, Tennessee, Oregon, Alabama

At 6’1″ and 183 pounds, Arjei Henderson is another wide receiver available with good length. His frame has room to fill out, but he has the potential to be an impact player because of his size at the collegiate level.

The experts expected him originally to head to Oklahoma to play for Lincoln Riley. The Sooners have had a long history of developing wide receivers and with one of the most explosive offenses in college football, Henderson could make an impact early.

However, there is the fact that he removed his commitment from the Sooners at the end of November. Henderson had originally made a verbal pledge to the program in April. He reopened his recruiting which allows for the possibility of Henderson landing elsewhere in the college football realm.

It’s tough to say where that could be with several teams interested, but Oregon has brought in play-making talent thus far and could be a nice landing spot for the receiver.

Prediction: Oregon
