High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

John Collins (vs WAS – $8,200): Needs 34.9 fantasy points. Collins had 41.6 fantasy points against the Nets on Dec. 16. He continues to be a strong option as he’s going to get points and rebounds. And it’s the Wizards. There’s no reason to doubt Collins at this points. He and Dedmon have been a terror in the frontcourt and show no signs of slowing down. Diagnosis: Reliable, good matchup, high ceiling.

Kyle Kuzma (at BKN – $7,700): Needs 32.8 fantasy points. Kuzma bounced back from his 21.1 fantasy point performance against the Hornets with 31.7 fantasy points against the Wizards. A good sign considering that the Lakers didn’t have it as a team against Washington. The scoring numbers are typically there for Kuzma and his salary has settled into a nice slot. Diagnosis: High ceiling and there’s reason to believe he gets back over 40 fantasy points.

Larry Nance Jr (at IND – $7,000): Needs 29.8 fantasy points. Nance Jr was down to 22.8 fantasy points against the Sixers on Dec. 16. I’m not concerned. The Cavaliers need some kind of paint presence and someone to gather rebounds. Nance Jr remains their best option. The matchup is tough but Nance Jr should do enough to at least get you value. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.
