29. Josh Rosen (LW: 27)

Forget about Rosen for a minute. Are the Cardinals going to sack Steve Wilks after one season? It might be the best thing for their rookie quarterback, who has little chance to succeed thus far. Maybe bring in an offensive-minded coach.

28. Nick Mullens (LW: 29)

Mullens has played some solid football at times for the 49ers. He did so again on Sunday, only throwing one interception while hitting on 20-of-29 attempts for 275 yards. San Francisco pulled the upset, and Mullens has to feel good about his potential as a backup quarterback.

27. Josh Allen (LW: 26)

Allen continues to struggle throwing the football. That said, he’s fun to watch and his moxie is through the proverbial roof. If the Bills give him some surrounding talent, maybe Allen raises that hideous completion percentage of 52.2. Right now, he’s more of a running back.

26. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 20)

Tannehill looked abysmal in Miami’s must-win in Minnesota. The Dolphins have long been stuck in limbo, waiting for the former Texas A&M receiver to develop. At this juncture, it’s safe to say that isn’t going to happen in a meaningful way.
