Defense: Miami Dolphins

vs. Jacksonville Jaguars, Sunday 1:00pm

FanDuel Cost: $4,500

It’s another week and I have again picked a defense that’s facing the Jacksonville Jaguars. The fact is this Jaguars offense has been great for opposing fantasy defenses. This team lacks the ability to produce big plays and we have yet to see Leonard Fournette get on track.

The Miami Dolphins defense has been very opportunistic this year having already created 26 takeaways including 20 interceptions.

Cornerback Xavien Howard is tied for the NFL lead with seven interceptions. His breakout season has really helped stabilize the Dolphins secondary. Howard and his teammates will be looking to get after Cody Kessler.

Backup Option: Minnesota Vikings

@ Detroit Lions, Sunday 1:00pm

FanDuel Cost: $4,600

The Detroit Lions are one of nine NFL teams that are averaging 20 points or less on the season. Detroit’s offense has been off rhythm all season along and this is especially the case for quarterback Matthew Stafford.

His 19 touchdown passes are lowest in his career since his first two years in the league. Things don’t get any easier this week with the Minnesota Vikings heading to town. This Vikings defense has been very stingy of late.
