Seattle Seahawks – David Moore

Though the Seattle Seahawks are still fighting for their playoff lives thanks to an 0-2 start, the team has largely impressed despite a ton of turnover last offseason. They’re top-10 in both scoring offense and defense, with notably better offensive line play compared to years past. The emergence of rookie receiver David Moore has also been a welcomed change.

The seventh-round rookie has been one of the biggest steals of the 2018 NFL draft. Hailing from East Central College, the 6’0″, 215-pounder has shown a solid NFL skill set with his speed and ball tracking. Multiple times this season he’s shown up some of the league’s best cornerbacks with precise route-running and the ability to finish at the catch point.

He’s provided the Seahawks with what they’d hoped Brandon Marshall would bring to the red zone, but quickly supplanted the veteran. When the Seahawks prioritize Moore, he’s produced, including breakout games against the Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers. Far from a household name, he’s a perfect candidate to land a game-changing reception come playoffs for the Seahawks.
