Kemba Walker (vs DET – $9,600): Needs 40.5 fantasy points. Walker bounced back from his poor 6.7 fantasy point performance against the Lakers with 50.6 fantasy points against the Cavaliers. You can’t hold a good scorer down for long and Kemba is one of the best scorers in the league. He’s averaging 48.9 fantasy points in two games against the Pistons this season, including a 59.1 fantasy point game on Dec. 12. Trust his scoring and the matchup. Diagnosis: High ceiling, good matchup. Kemba will deliver.

Kyrie Irving (vs MIL – $9,400): Needs 39.7 fantasy points. Kyrie had 61 fantasy points against the Suns on Dec. 19. He’s been fantastic during this stretch getting plenty of points and assists. He had 49.1 fantasy points against the Bucks on Nov. 1. I actually like him a bit more than Walker even though I expect big nights from both guys. Diagnosis: Red hot and showing no signs of slipping. He’ll have another big outing.

Derrick Rose (at SA – $7,300): Needs 30.8 fantasy points. Rose was up to 48.1 fantasy points against the Pistons on Dec. 19. He’s continued to play like MVP Rose this season and there’s no reason to think he’ll stop now. The Spurs have looked better recently, but they are weak against the position. And Rose has been getting it done with his scoring and assists. He’s at a good price given his current production. Diagnosis: Love Rose on Friday.
