Players costing over $6,667

LaMarcus Aldridge (at HOU – $7,900): Needs 33.7 fantasy points. It’s rough at power forward. Aldridge hasn’t been getting a ton of minutes lately due to the blowouts. If the game is competitive, he’s at a good enough salary to where he should deliver at least value. But if this is a blowout again, he’s simply not getting the minutes to make the impact he needs to make. I will trust that this game will be competitive. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Pascal Siakam (at PHI – $7,200): Needs 30.7 fantasy points. Siakam had 36.5 fantasy points against the Cavaliers on Friday. If Kawhi Leonard ends up playing, that’s better news for Siakam’s value as it takes some pressure off of him. If he doesn’t play, Siakam will have more opportunities, but also more attention and pressure. He’s been good this season, so you should trust him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

Draymond Green (vs DAL – $6,600): Needs 28.2 fantasy points. Green slides in under the salary line, but it’s a rough night at power forward. He hasn’t been great since returning from injury. The minutes are there and he still does a bit of everything, but he’s not reliable in any single category. He did average 40.2 fantasy points in three games against the Mavericks last season, but that was a different Mavericks squad. Diagnosis: Reliable.
