High Value SG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Eric Gordon (vs OKC – $5,800): Needs 26.5 fantasy points. Gordon has been over 30 fantasy points in his last two games. With Chris Paul out of the lineup, he’s the second option on an ISO heavy team. Unless you’re concern about Austin Rivers taking opportunities away from him, this should be another strong outing for Gordon. It’s tough to fail on the Rockets with their offense, even if the Thunder have a good defense. Diagnosis: Reliable.

Joe Ingles (vs POR – $5,700): Needs 26 fantasy points. Ingles has been over 33 fantasy points in his last three games, including a 34.25 fantasy point effort against the Blazers on Dec. 21. He’s taken on a secondary playmaker role with the Jazz and has their offense humming a bit. And he’s always a threat to get his points with his shooting. He’s a good bet in this game. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

JJ Redick (at BOS – $5,100): Needs 23.3 fantasy points. Redick had 35.25 fantasy points against the Raptors on Dec. 22. The hope is that he’s back in his rhythm after struggling with his shot for most of the season. The opportunities are there for him, he just hasn’t hit like he usually does. He still chips in with a decent amount of assists and rebounds. And he’s at a good salary. Diagnosis: Inconsistent this season, but the ceiling is high and the shots are there.
