High Value SF

Players costing $6,667 or under

Joe Ingles (vs POR – $6,000): Needs 25 fantasy points. Ingles has been over 30 fantasy points in his last three games. He had 33.5 fantasy points against the Blazers on Dec. 21. He’s been initiating a lot of offense and getting assists. And we know he can get his points with his shooting. He’s a reliable option if nothing else and has a good ceiling. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Brandon Ingram (at GS – $6,000): Needs 25 fantasy points. Ingram had 27.3 fantasy points against the Grizzlies on Dec. 23. I’m not sure how to feel about him in this matchup, but the minutes and opportunities will be there for him if nothing else. He did have two games of over 40 fantasy points against the Warriors last season, but he hasn’t exactly shown that ceiling this season. Diagnosis: Inconsistent but a good ceiling.

Evan Turner (at UTA – $4,400): Needs 18.4 fantasy points. Turner had 24.7 fantasy points against the Jazz on Dec. 21. He’s tailed off since his consistent start, but he’s still been fairly reliable throughout the season. He’s also at a low enough salary and still gets decent enough minutes and opportunities to where he should be able to at least hit value. And who knows, it’s Christmas. Weird stuff is probably going to happen on Tuesday. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
