28. . Defensive Tackle. Alabama. Quinnen Williams. 4. player

The Oakland Raiders began their rebuild prior to the 2018 NFL season, when they traded away star defensive end Khalil Mack. While nobody saw that one coming, it was a sign that things were changing within the organization, and another nail was put in the coffin when Amari Cooper was traded at the trade deadline.

As it stands, the Raiders would have the No. 4 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, and they may choose to take the best player available at this point. They need an edge rusher, that is for sure, but if Quinnen Williams from Alabama is still there at No. 4, they cannot afford to pass him up.

During the 2018 NFL Draft, the Raiders brought in Maurice Hurst and PJ Hall, two defensive tackles that have really played well in their first season in the NFL. In Williams, they could add another dominant force in the middle, and after how bad the Raiders run defense has been this season, he would be a welcome addition.

Oakland has three first round picks in 2019, and you have to think they will address the edge rusher position with one of them. Their defense was extremely bad at times this season, and adding Williams to the youth they already have up front would give them a solid trio for the foreseeable future.
