Players costing over $6,250

Devin Booker (at ORL – $8,500): Needs 38.8 fantasy points. Booker still managed 39.5 fantasy points in 30 minutes against the Nets on Dec. 23 despite going to triple OT the night before. Now he’s had some rest and he gets the Magic. With the way he’s playing right now, this should be easy pickings for Booker. The points are generally there and he’ll come up with plenty of assists. Diagnosis: Red hot, great matchup, high ceiling.

Kemba Walker (at BKN – $8,400): Needs 38.6 fantasy points. Kemba was down to 37.25 fantasy points in 29 minutes against the Celtics on Dec. 23. His minutes will be up in this one and it’s the Nets. They are playing very well, but Kemba has been fantastic for the majority of this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling and good matchup.

Mike Conley (vs CLE – $7,700): Needs 35.4 fantasy points. Conley is listed as probable, but that likely means he’ll play and he showed no signs of injury in the game against the Lakers. He’s been a steady hand who has shown the ability to put up big numbers. And now he gets the Cavaliers. Points and assists will be there for him in this game and he’ll chip in with rebounds. Diagnosis: Reliable, good ceiling, great matchup.
