Players costing over $6,250

Victor Oladipo (at ATL – $8,700): Needs 39.7 fantasy points. Oladipo has been a bit all over the place this season, but we know he has a high ceiling and the matchup is fantastic on Wednesday because the Hawks are the Hawks. There is a concern for the blowout, but being in Atlanta and coming off of Christmas, maybe the Pacers are a bit sluggish, which will allow Atlanta to stay in the game before Oladipo and the Pacers turn it on. Diagnosis: High ceiling and fairly reliable.

Luka Doncic (vs NO – $8,300): Needs 37.9 fantasy points. Even when he struggles, Luka typically delivers. He was up to 47.75 fantasy points against the Blazers on Dec. 23. The Pelicans are a great matchup because they don’t defend anyone, especially on the perimeter. Luka will get his points, come up with a good number of assists, and chip in with rebounds. Diagnosis: Reliable with a very high ceiling and a great matchup. A lot to love about Luka.

Lou Williams (vs SAC – $6,600): Needs 30.1 fantasy points. Williams has been over 40 fantasy points in two of his last three games. The minutes haven’t always been there, but he keeps finding ways to deliver. The pace is going to be high in this game and I trust Williams to keep up with the Kings with his scoring and playmaking. Diagnosis: High ceiling and a good matchup.
